Im sorry but this is the most bizarre choice of regulation for the EU.
For most of europe, its hot so they have tiled floor but for a lot of people their vacuum cleaners are hugely important especially my cousin who has a Springer Spaniel and the hair gets everywhere... how is it right for a body such as the EU to say what kind we have to use in our homes.
Last time I checked, no one in this country cares about the EU and Im probably not alone when I say surely there are more important goods that need to be scanned and regulated.... guns maybe? or even trading of illegal substances or exotic animals?
But Im not sure how vacuum cleaners need to be limited in their power... so say to be more green but I dont see that it will create that much of an impact with huge industrial plants burning tons of coal a minute... sorry but this is taking the mick.

Without a doubt the most heartbreaking piece of news of the year so far.
Ok I know its not exactly, what with all the tragedy in the middle east, but it's brutal to realise someone who brought so much laughter wherever he went wasnt happy with his life...
A brilliant actor and wonderful character, the world will seriously be less bright without the one and only Robin Williams.
